  care management in supporting older adults and their families, with a focu
 s on the realities of elder fragility and the impact of care-giving burnout
 . It highlights the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social challenges t
 hat come with aging, as well as the toll care-giving takes on family member
 s’ health, finances, and well-being. Through case examples and practical st
 rategies, the talk demonstrates how care management provides comprehensive 
 assessment, planning, coordination, and advocacy to reduce crisis, ease car
 egiver stress, and promote dignity and independence for elders. Ultimately,
  the presentation emphasizes that care management is not only about improvi
 ng outcomes for older adults but also about preserving the resilience and q
 uality of life of those who care for them".The speaker will lead into the u
 pcoming Lodge Calendar items will be noted by each of the Districts Lodges 
 senior Member present. The RW Joel Peterson Attendance Trophy will be prese
 nted and also RW Brian Baker's words of wisdom to finish off the night and 
 put the icing on the cake to close out a special night. Bring your friend, 
 neighbor, and significant other and let them see what goes on behind the cl
