Annula Townsend Memorial Day Parade and Wreath Laying Ceremony at the gravesite of MW Henry Price.   History of MW Bro Price to be read by RW Michael Cavanagh.  Grand Lodge will be participating; representatives are Deputy Grand Master RW Adam E Mitchell and Junior Grand Warden RW Paul R Guadet Jr.    DIspensation From Grand lodge has bee authorized.    Officers attire: tuxedo, collar and apron, NO POCKET JEWELS.   Brethren & Tie.
