Wisdom Lodge A.F. & A.M.

Wisdom Lodge was chartered in 1803 and is the third oldest lodge in Western Massachusetts, and one of 3 "full moon" lodges in the region. Full moon lodges meet on or before the full moon and harken back to a time when members travelled by carriage, horse, or foot and needed the light of the moon to guide them.

Though small in number, Wisdom Lodge is strong in fraternalism. The members enjoy fellowship at meals prior to the meetings and endeavor to support various community organizations, such as the Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Brownies, Girl Scouts, Fire Department, American Legion, Scholarships, etc.
