Blue Hill Lodge A.F. & A.M.
Blue Hill Masonic Lodge, A.F. & A.M. was originally formed in Canton in 1863. It had originally grown out of the Stoughton group, which was founded in 1775. In recent times it could no longer afford the upkeep of its building on Church Street, the lodge sold it in 2018 and even thou they reside in the Stoughton Masonic building their objectives are to support endeavors in Canton, MA. Members can be seen every summer collecting for the Canton Food Pantry at the local Shaw's supermarket in Cobb Corner; supporting the Canton 9/11 Memorial ceremonies; participating in the annual Trunk-Or-Treat and distibuting Scholarships to students from Canton, MA seeking a higher education. The public, especially young men seeking Friendship, Morality, Charity giving and Brotherly Fellowship are welcome to stop by any Tuesday evening, when members gather for many social activities, for a tour or to meet like minded men.
